ReputationFlow provides a reputation management platform that helps businesses:

• Collect optional private customer feedback
• Show the same Google, Facebook, and Yelp review links to every customer
• Send review request emails you write and send yourself
• Show the feedback customers send you in the dashboard
• Draft responses you can edit before publishing

3. User Accounts

To use ReputationFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate and current
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Manipulate or fabricate reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

All content, features, and functionality of ReputationFlow are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service.

ReputationFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
