Every customer sees the public review links
The review page lists Google, Facebook, and Yelp for every star rating. A private note is an extra box on that same page. It is offered in addition to those links, and the page does not change when the rating is low.
What $20 does not include
ReputationFlow does not text customers, import Google reviews, manage map listings, or offer a white-label app. SMS is not part of either plan. If you need a full inbox and payments product, look at the Podium comparison before you buy.
Pricing questions
Does every customer see the public review links?
Yes. Google, Facebook, and Yelp stay on the page for every rating. Private feedback is an additional box on that page. It does not replace those links, and ReputationFlow does not filter or delay public reviews.
Will this post reviews for me?
No. Customers write and publish reviews on Google, Facebook, or Yelp themselves. ReputationFlow gives them a short path to those pages and stores any private note they choose to send you.
What do I need before I can ask for reviews?
A Google Business Profile, and the review link or Place ID from the Ask for reviews screen. Facebook and Yelp links are optional. You can generate the Google link with the free tool on this site.
Is the Starter plan actually free?
Yes. Starter includes one review link, a QR code, and your latest feedback. Professional is $20 per month for email requests, full history, CSV export, and AI response drafts. There is no trial period and no setup fee. You can cancel Professional in the Stripe customer portal.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
Do not. Google’s policies prohibit incentives for reviews. ReputationFlow does not include coupon-for-review templates.
Do you import my existing Google reviews?
No. The dashboard shows feedback customers submit through your ReputationFlow link. Open Google, Facebook, or Yelp directly to read reviews that were published there.
